Ons biltong word vakuum verpak en word wêreldwyd geniet. Ons voorsien slegs die beste biltong volgens 'n tradisionele resep. Ons bekende biltong is gewild by alle sportgeleenthede; geen rugby of krieket wedstryd is geslaagd daarsonder.

Ons hou slegs een graad vleis aan- die BESTE. Verpakking word volgens u eie vereistes gedoen, en word u van kwaliteit diens verseker. Indien enige ongelukkigheid oor 'n produk bestaan, sal ons dit vir u vervang. Ander spesialiteite: boerewors, sosaties, spareribs, dröe wors, kaas, tuisgebakte beskuit.

Spit Braai

Spitbraai vir enige aantal mense (klein of groot), -vark, lam en bees kan op dieselfde spit geplaas word (sg. sosatiespit) of apart- na gelang van u keuse.Ons gebruik moderne motoraangedrewe spitte, dus kan u dit self doen in die privaatheid by u huis, of ons kan die hele funksie vir u hanteer. Ons kan vir enigiets van 20 tot 500 mense voorsien.

Spit braai for any number of people(large and small)- pork, lamb and beef can be put on the same spit (so called sosatie spit) or apart- it's your choice. Your wish is our delight. We use modern spit braais that are motorised, so you can do the spit braai in the privacy of your home, otherwise we can do the whole function for you. We can supply to functions from 20 to 500 people.

Biltong

Our Biltong is vacuum packed and taken around the world. We specialise in making only the very best biltong that money can buy, from a traditional family recipe. Our famous biltong is essential for all sporting events, no rugby/cricket game would be as good without it.

We only do one grade of meat- the BEST. Packing is done to your requirements, we don't treat like supermarkets do, we serve you. We pride ourselves on our customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly replace the product. Our specialities include boerewors, sosaties, spare ribs, dry wors, cheese, homemade rusks

For the international visitor, our butchery is a veritable museum of South African sports, especially for the rugby enthusiasts!
